Hi everyone, I have been in Canada for the past 6 months going to school. I obtain my study permit last year in Jamaica. However my girl friend lives in Jamaica and want to come visit me during the summer... This is her situation, she is a full time university student in Jamaica in her 3rd year of studies. She have a uncle who lives in Canada as a PR for couple years now and he will be sending her a invitation letter to support her strip and act has her sponsor. I told her to get a letter from the school to show her status as a student, and also she have a bank statement with about $1000 CA. She wants to come canada for about 2 weeks.
I just want to know if their is any other important documents that you think she must have before submitting her application to the CIC in Jamaica. And do you think her ties are strong with her country?
