I have been rejected with my student visa once on basis of lack of authenticity of documents
Previous studies and gaps
Level of establishment
Future plans and prospective

I have been given a conditional offer letter from Humber with a condition to take maths as a compulsory subject in my 1st yr as I hadn't taken maths in my 10th and 12th

Do you think I should take a risk by taking admission with a conditional offer letter

Does it diminish the chances of visa further

When I first applied I had an unconditional offer letter and got refused ...... I am changing my course to a bachelor's in tourism management and since I hadn't taken maths in my 10th and 12th I have to take maths now and they are not allowing me to take a maths exam before I apply for a visa

You said u haven't done maths in 10th and 12th , however the institution ask you to pursue for math as a compulsory subject. How will you cover that subject with no basic prior knowledge. U need to reconsider everything again from a beginning.

When did u finish your 12th ? And what are those gaps you mentioned ?

"Previous studies and gaps

"

Q1.Do u have any study gaps?(failed or repeated)
Q2.What did you show as your proof of funds?
Q3.What stream you had in 12th and what did you apply for?

12th in 2009 in arts stream ..... that's what I am scared about I don't have a strong foundation in maths .... hence I wanted to take up a bachelor's so I could also completed my graduation

I emailed humber and asked them if students get visa with a conditional offer letter they replied back saying yes

I have also applied to tru it's a management in tourism however maths is not so vigorous it's basic maths .... but also has accounts which I haven't dealt with before

I have 5 yrs of gaps where I worked in a bpo and as a tour hostess
Gic and full yrs fees at gbc was paid
I completed my 12th in arts stream I had applied for a foundation course in gbc which was h101 foundation in tourism and hospitality

First of all there is big difference between Canadian education and Indian education. You cannot choose whatever you like.Managament in tourism is course meant for students with commerce background but yes college will not object with your decision but the high commision will and since you passed out in 2009 so you need to mention what were doing between 2009-2014.So,what were u doing between these years and college is not an expert which deals with visa and permits.

Solution
Since you have already applied and have been refused the case only becomes weaker(sorry i am not a motivator). You need to opt for course which has direct link between your Arts streamand mention your activities between the period 2009-2014 in your SOP(stateent of purpose) and of course an unconditional offer letter.

Did you mention in your SOP that you were working?

Jils is right maria. Also you need provide SOP which must show to an officer that you are very enthusiastic and truly willing to study further. Also if you have worked, your job documents as well as pay slips , Income Tax returns, everything must be provided and are mandatory. For best options visit a consultancy for professional advice. However chances of your visa application are very slim until and unless your documents are fair and officer find you willing.

First of all, conditional offer letter has nothing to do with visa refusal. I have applied with conditional offer and got visa in 5 days without any GIC or anything !
Second, the condition stated that you should pursue maths in 1st yr is very basic requirement bcoz of your background.
Third, make sure you attach exp certificate covering up the gap, spl showing you tourism exp with a good SOP and should be able to get visa.

Good Luck !
