Dear All

I would request all to comment and suggest as to what will happen to application that are already under processing.

I mean "Will they b processed in speedy manner" . It's been almost a year since I applied , now i hav sent my ppt for visa stamping.

I think there will be no changes for those who already applied.

Those who will apply after 26 June will be processed faster.

I do not see any impact on app under processing.

Till June 25th the old sys applies that mean people who send app under previous fast track will be considered till June 25th which means that they will get AOR till Sep mid and then will have time to submitt till end of December.

So application will still be flodding the CHC till Dec and then the load will go down in immidiate future so I do not see any major impact in processing times before dec

I got my first AOR from CIO sydeny in mid of end of April 2010, so , I am safe or not, I am going to send all Full documents in first week of August 2010.

My friend also have the first AOR in May, but the NOC is missing in new list, what is going to happen with their application? When you know, please let me know. What a surprise they made!!!

New criteria affect you only if you applied on or after June 26, 2010. If your application was received before June 26, 2010, it will be processed according to the rules that were in effect at that time.

@omm and Nari

You guys are not affected by new rules so please continue with your app

Waiting anxiously

ecase status is still same "In Process"

Thanks

How will my application be considered? I mailed it on June 24, CIO will probably receive it tomorrow? So am I affected by the new rule? Is the date received by them will be the basis? or the date sent?

According to the guide from page 4 of the instructional guide "Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted on or after June 26, 2010, accompanied by the results of the principal applicant‟s English or French language test will be placed into processing if they meet the criteria in one of the two categories described below"

I would like to emphasize the word "submitted" and not received.. I getting confused..

The lock in date is when CIO receives it. They use the word submitted in reference to submitted to CIO office. I am afraid nursemich that you are affected by new rules
