Chances for 445

Hi all,
Iam at 445 Crs, is there any chance for a draw to happen with this score this year?
The only way I can improve my score is to fair even better in Ielts.I have got Clb 9.I understand most of the provinces don't have dentists in their occupation list.
Is there any other way ?
I understand Ontario nomination takes a very long time
