Chances after medical passed?

A friend of mine applied online and got his medical call on 9th November. He gave it on 15th November and yesterday the status changed from reviewing results to you have passed the medical. He applied from Pakistan. What are his chances and how much time will it take to get ppr?

Some say they may check your funds again maybe after medical is passed.

If it was not upfront medical then ofcourse it is a good sign.

Yeah. If they ask for medical then it is a good sign.

even if the embassy reviewed my upfront medical, it wasn't a good sign if they inidcated in my cic account that "you passed the medical exam?"

Medical call is a good sign itself, means he has passed some stages already. I can say 80% he will get approved.
