I applied in Singapore consulate. I was about to receive medicals but my marriage was dissolved. Hence CIO sent me rejection letter stating that after removal of spouse 4 points for education my total is 65.Hence denied. I have new IELTS score by which I can get total 16 (Extra 2 ) pointich will make it total of 67. I plan to submit new IELTS along with letter for re-opening the case. What are the chances they will re-open .Have they ever done that?
