My transcripts are delivered to Mailroom, Mississauga,ON on 15th April,2021. I have been continuously coordinating with CES whether they have received but I got a mail that they have not received it till now. As per the CES, University of Toronto details are George Street. What should I do? To whom I have to reach? The status is still the same there is no change.
 
Did you send my FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. If Canada Post, they are in the Canada Post sorting facility and there is nothing you can do. Mail from overseas can sit there for a long time. Covid at sorting facilities has shut down or slowed down mail delivery in Canada.
 
I have sent through Indian Post and they are saying the it has been delivered. Then I checked the status of the transcripts on Canada Post and they are again showing that the item has been delivered to Mailroom, Mississauga,ON but CES has not received it I got a mail from them.

So the Missausauga address is Canada Post’s gateway sorting facility at or near the airport for all international mail. There is nothing you can do. You wait.
 
Is there any contact details or the process through which I can take help through?

Step 1 courier from Indian post on 9th April
Step 2 Item delivery confirmed at L4W on 15th April as per Indian Post tracking status
Step 3 as per Canada Post tracking status the item delivery is confirmed to Mailroom Mississauga, ON on 15th April.

I am worried now as there is no change in the status and even CES has not received the documents.

The universities in India are closed so it is becoming difficult to share the electronic transcripts

Please help or suggest the ways if it is happened with someone

Okay, but why they have mentioned that the Item delivery is confirmed, I tried reaching to the virtual Assistant of Canada Post and he is again showing the same status.

The status should have shown something else instead of delivery confirmation.

I have checked the additional information on Canada Post for the status "The item has arrived at the destination facility for final sorting before delivery." And after that the status is out for delivery and then the final status is delivered to Mailroom, so I believe the sorting is already done.
