Hi applied for study permit on Nov 17, 2017 via VFS (paper application) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. On Dec 29, 2017, I borrowed my passport for temporary travelling for 2 weeks and I did resubmit my passport right after my travelling. So, does this affect my processing time, e.g. delaying the processing time? The officers from Ho Chi Minh City CVAC told me that it would not have any effects on my processing time, however, it has been 3 months until now and I have not received any information about my application yet.
