certified translator (Quebec immigration)

Hi All,

I need to get my birth certificate translated from (from Urdu to English) by a certified translator who is a member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ) (as OTTIAQ membership of the translator is a compulsion by the Government of Quebec).

Does anyone know about any such translator or translation service/company in Canada or anywhere else in the World?
