Hi everyone, i just created my profile in CEC and my point is 465. I have completed my work experience as Welder for more than one year, but its not enough. My question is that, can i get the certificate of qualification after my work experience. Does that point count in my profile.

Read the requirements/occupational standard for red seal. Usually need 3-4 years of experience as based on hours, education and exam.

If you get Red Seal, you can add 50 points to EE profile.

so last thing is my work permit is about to expire this week and i give last week notice to the job too. SO is that ok i am still get to earn points from red seal even i am not on work permit.

You have to read the requirements. I don't know if you have hours of experience through your apprenticeship and education. Read the standard on the site. Once work permit expires you stop working.
