So, a "Certificate of Qualification" is required to be uploaded for PR application. What is it? I don't have any certificates other than my university degree. Does it count as a "Certificate of Qualification"?

I have the answer :

The certificate of qualification should be gotten from any Apprenticeship of any province from Canada and you should attend the exam physically
After doing an exam and pass 70% you could get the certificate of qualification

These exams for people who are trades person like; Electrician, Welder, Mechanic and Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic like me.

I hope that's help.

They will ask you that if you did answer "YES" in EE Profile for the question whether you have a Certificate of Qualification. Its under Education.

A degree is not a certificate of qualification. CoQ is for trades, like a previous poster mentioned.

Yes sorry, its under work history.
No... Its just the Degree certificate. It is countable for Education. The certificates like A+ or any other certificates. They have given the examples. If its the degree certificates everyone will get the extra points.. :)

I am a Financial Service Rep. and work in the bank, to sell Mutual Funds in Canada you need a certificate, I wrote Canadian Security Course exam. This also is a certificate of qualification

Thanks every1 for there reply.

I think I'm gonna reject the ITA and will say "No" for "Does Anupam Roy have certification of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?". I hope i dont loose any point. But I still don't get it, if i have said "yes" for "Does Anupam Roy have certification of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?" , i should have got points for "CRS - Skill Transferability - Certificate of Qualification".
right now my points are as follows

Call CIC before u Decline it. And check what they are saying. Because its better to decline than get it rejected for misrepresentation.

I already emailed them last night, but they reply very late (usaually 2-3 weeks). Today they are close, so i'm gonna call them tomorrow and then i'll decide whether to reject it or not.
