Centralized Intake Office, Ottawa?

This is the response i got for a query posted through webform.
Is this a blunder or is there really a CIO ottawa? i though only Sydney had CIO.
if this is a blunder then did he mean CIO Sydney or CPC Ottawa.

I think CIC should update their website. Lot of the information about offices is outdated

Interesting. Next time I'll have to pay attention to see if they said CPC or CIO
