do canadian colleges only consider last 2 years of academic grades for post graduate programs?

For e.g. I have finished my 3 year bachelors degree but will they only consider my 2nd year and 3rd years results?

P.S I have read it online. Just wanted to make sure.

The application portal is open for International Applications... I have already applied for Jan 2019 intake....
But I think they will start processing these applications only after 15th July...

The application portal is open always mate. You can check this on ontariocolleges.ca too.You'll find admissions open for Next year Fall too.
