Is it okay if I submit all my documents except the IELTS, I have not yet taken the test, will I be accepted?
It is written on my course that I should have "English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission".
So Is this skills assessment is only for domestic students or also for international student?
