Because i had already handover my all details and documents to my agent on 19th july. But till this date she continuously telling me that Centennial hasn't started taking the applications.

I have applied for 2 yrs post grad diploma ,global business management in centennial college on 18th August.
I have recently completed B.com with aggregate of 65 %, in ielts my overall bands are 7 no less than 6.5.
Can anyone guide me that whether i am eligible for this course and if i am then how much time i need to wait for my offer letter.
