Celpip Re-evaluation Helps?

Hello friends,

I got my CELPIP results today-
Listening - 9
Reading - 12
Writing - 9
Speaking - 8

I am planning to put re-evaluation for speaking and writing. Can it be helpful? Any chances that scores can go down?
Should i put re-eval for speaking only?
Any advice will be helpful and sincerely appreciated

I've heard the scores are most likely to increase in a re-evaluation. i had my speaking score jump as well by 1 point. Its worth the shot especially since your total crs points can increase drastically if you have 9 or above across all parts.

I got LRWS (9-9-7-8) in March and I requested re-evaluation for S and W, unfortunately score did not change.

I lost $125 and had to re-take the exam.

Now the chances are less than last year.

If you are very confident, which I was, go ahead. Its like a $55 lottery ticket!

OOps!! The earlier posts were pretty optimistic about scores to rise. Thanks all_iz_well for heads up.

I did it last month for Writing, and the score was increased by 1 point, In remaining I had the Highest Points, However, even after the score was increased for writing I couldn't use ti because, I received the evaluation mail an hr after the ITA Email ;D

Did for both - first result - 12 10 8 7
re evaluated - 8 remained the same, 7 changed to 8

I requested for re-evaluation for speaking and writing in March. Got the result after two weeks.

Speaking didn't change but writing increase from 7 to 8.

I think it is worth a try.

Hi i also took my exam on the 23rd of February.
Results
L-11
R-10
W-8
S-8
I requested re-evaluation on the writing and speaking this morning.
Hoping for an increase by 1 point for both.
