CELPIP: Re evaluation for Reading and Listening?

Hello guys,

Have you ever heard any case of re-evaluation for reading and/or listening scores?

Even we have the option to ask for that, I am wondering if they might increase or not. For speaking and writing, we know both skills are subjective and they might change your score, but I am not sure about reading and listening.

The reading and listening scores are just a simple calculation of how many questions you got correct out of the number of questions total, so it is very unlikely that your score would change with re-evaluation. That's why it's not usually recommended. You are welcome to try.

Thank you! Actually I was thinking the same.. I think only might worth if there is something totally weird, like high scores in three skills and then a bad mark in reading or listening.

I got my results, I needed at least 9 in the listening section, I got 8

So I think I will try the test again.

Sorry to hear that. Some of the questions are definitely tricky, and I'm saying that as a native speaker.

I did and it changed up so I maxed out on language points.
