Guys my apologies if this question was answered before but if you qualify for both FSW and CEC you will get ITA under CEC, but will I still need to submit proof of my foreign work experience as well?

You will if you are claiming points for the foreign work experience.

I am a casual Mental Health Worker employee, some weeks I worked 30 hrs and some other weeks I worked 20 hrs. Will these 20 hrs be counted or not when I’ll apply for CEC as they are less then 30. Thank you!

No, 30 hrs is considered as full time.
