You will if you are claiming points for the foreign work experience.

I am a casual Mental Health Worker employee, some weeks I worked 30 hrs and some other weeks I worked 20 hrs. Will these 20 hrs be counted or not when I’ll apply for CEC as they are less then 30. Thank you!

No, 30 hrs is considered as full time.

Depends on what category you are applying. You have "some" chance if you qualify for French or Health category. In all other cases, would recommend increasing your score to 500+ via PNP nomination or look up trade categories nd other such option which has been selected with such score over the past few months.

I submitted my application CEC in September 12, completed biometric and medical in October 30 but I latter realised I made mistakes in my documentation that would affect the validity of my application and not meet the IRCC standard.

So I summited a request for withdrawal through webform: November 24th
Got a response: November 28th
Withdrawal confirmation letter: December 2nd

I do not regret withdrawing my application so I can submit a better application in future.

Please be proactive with your application so you don't get into serious issues.
