Hi,

So this is my situation.

I worked before applying for pgwp for less than a month. I now realize that this is unauthorized work. I want to use part of my hours during my implied status (at this same job) for my CEC hours. I’m wondering what my options are and has anyone been in a similar situation? Have they successfully received their PR?

I’ll appreciate any suggestions.

Hi,

I am in the final stages of my PR application. I didn’t mention the unauthorized work as per the advice of my consultant. It shouldn’t be a problem because it’s a very common error. I didn’t remove it from my employment letter because I was still claiming points for after implied status. (Separate from the unauthorized work)
