Unfortunately, probably not under the CEC class.

CEC is for people with "skilled" work experience in Canada. "Skilled" is defined by an occupational classification system (NOC), where codes that are classifed as Skill Level O, A, or B are "skilled" and those that are classified as C or D are "unskilled."
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/html/Matrix.html

So you would have to identify your NOC code, which would probably be 3413 or 4412 - both of which are Skill Level C (unskilled), and therefore not eligible under this program. You might look into the PNP program for your province -

3413 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=3&val1=3413&val11=care+aide&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

4412 - Home support workers, housekeepers and related occupations
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=4&val1=4412&val11=care+aide&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0
