CEC -WP epired and applied Renewal .- IMM0008ENU_2D-Column 10 'TO' Date issue

Hi All,
I am planning to File PR application from Canada and I am eligible to apply CEC category .I am living in Toronto from last four years . Currently my work permit got expired and I applied for renewal from my company.

When I filling the form IMM0008ENU_2D document ​- Column 10 seeks country of residency details from and to .

​Can you please help us what date I have enter for the TO date. Normally CEC category people enter the Work permit expire date. My work permit got expired(Oct 1st week) and application not allow me to enter the previous or earlier date.​

The date I used was the date that I gave the application as a whole (e.g. the date I signed the paperwork).

You may not have a work permit now, but you are still resident in the country.
