Hi,

I have a few questions

Form IMM0008ENU_2D

Current Country of Residence
Q10. Current Country of Residence, in the Status , I am currently on a work permit so the status would be Worker, however I have been working since last 3 years initially 1year on PGWP and then on Spousal Work permit (Since my wife is a full time student), I m not sure what dates should I mention, should I mention the date since my PGWP to the Work permit date which would expire in 2014?

Education/Occupation Detail:
1.I am currently working as a Database Administrator, so what does the Intended Occupation mean, is it related to my future goals, or can it be left blank?

Q8,Personal History from last 10 years or since 18 years, since there is not enough space to include all the details, how should this be filled, by adding an extra sheet of paper and filling the information in a tabular form, or should extra sheets of the same form be attached to fill out the information?

Would be glad to receive responses on the above questions.Thanks!!!

I like it clean and organized. I started to complete this section as far i could, and printed out another sheet, only this particular sheet! and completed it, and again...i needed 4 additional ones. You understand what i mean?


Education/Occupation Detail:

Intended Occupation you write what you do now. nobody knows what the future brings for you. Avoid leaving it blank. Just write your profession again. Otherwise they might ask for proof of qualification of your intended (new) occupation....

Current Country of Residence:

Status - Worker - start date of last Work Permit you obtained, as well as the end date of this one. That's what i did. And they haven't had a problem with. Question 11: Last time you entered Canada and Place? Use the (start) date you validated you new work permit.
