Hello - been waiting for the portal email for 3 weeks. GCMS note showed COPR details.

Been calling IRCC agent and they kept saying that it's all completed and approved however the application is pending at an officer to initiate the portal email process.

Did they mentioned Final decision in GCMS Note ?
