In supplementary information form your travel, do I have to list all travel visits? what should a person do if he has an E-gate card for immigration which does not put any physical entry/exit stamps on passport.does he still has to mention all visits, can he obtain travel dates information from immigration.

This is the second time you have posted this.

Yes all travel has to be listed and it is your responsibility to remember when and where you travelled. You can not use the excuse of not having a passport stamp as a reason not to remember.

No you can not obtain information from immigration.
