Received AOR on 20th Sep. Biometrics updated. No further updates. Applied GCMS notes and yet to receive it. I called but only automated voice tells the same status as in my online profile. Can anyone please tell me the way to find IRCC agent by phone?

Thanks for your help.
Yes surely will do tomorrow after calling them. The panel representative was actually very rude and said we have many medicals results in backlog.
I received my GCMS notes and there the OSC centre passed the medicals and Ottawa centre asked for remedicals on 2 Nov 2021. They sent us on 4th Jan 2022.
Spoke to IRCC client support and the person said as long you have completed your part of medicals within 30 days it should be fine. I was surprised that these panel medicals guys are just looting money and so rude response. On mail and website they claim to send results in 10 days and now they don't even care for my deadline saying you're not alone and there are many waiting.

Received GCMS notes and there is no progress to the application since last 2 months. Only update is PReVu verified on Dec 14. AOR Sept 02. Security not started and Info sharing In Progress. Seems they are not even looking at the Sept CEC files.

I guess still, Afghanistan cases are a priority.

Out of 40000, 8000 got visas.
This means 32000 files are still on priority.

Not sure if it is going to derail all the other cases.

We don't have any other options so keep guessing.

According to the internal IRCC memo, the processing time for CEC applications is 7.6 months, while the processing time for FSW applications is expected to rise to 36 months in 2022.

This was issued last year November, however, they have invested 85 million dollars to reduce backlogs and I believe cec will be higher priority...

Can you please share the link where you see the 85 million dollar investment done by IRCC to reduce backlogs?
