For the PCC, I obtained after the last time I "lived" there. But I did visit again for a month - believe that should be fine? I know I'm asking too much but the mind always seeks answers! Good luck to all

Is the medical exam upfront for express entry? I mean did you do medical exam and get results before uploading all files to cic to apply? cic will not specifically ask candidates for medical exam under EE?
