How are you able to talk to an IRCC agent? I have been trying for more than a week now, but never got through

I called then i transferred to pr card department and after they again retransferred to agent.

I called +1 888 242 2100 and followed the instructions, it doesn't always connects to an agent so have to keep trying.

Hi All,

Today received PR portal credentials and got mail to respond in seven days. The problem is I need to travel on Wedensday for 1 month vacation and will be back on 19th February using my TRV visa. Tried calling IRCC but unable to reach them.
Please advise if I can come back and confirm them? Will there be any issues if I don't confirm in 7 days.

Below is the email snippet:
Step 2: You have seven (7) days from the date of this email to confirm you're in Canada, provide your mailing address in Canada and submit your PR card photo

Did anyone experience similar situation?

Hi there,

Could you please share your experience on what you did in this situation? I maybe in a similar situation as yours i.e., will probably be travelling between PR approval email and PR portal email (if I don't receive both the emails consequently). Thanks in advance.

Amazing. Congratulations!! My AOR is October 23 so this gives me hope. I haven't seen any GU though.

They told me info sharing in process.
Eligibility and security not started.
