How long does it take the MP office to get back to you about the status of your application?
I heard back from my MP in 3 daysmadlouni said:Hi guys,

Does MP help to know the RFV or due date on our application ?
Last week agent told me that everything has been passed on my file but didn't tell me RFV or due date.
If MP would help in that, I would also contact my local MP then.
Thanks for help in advance.
No, I never ordered any GCMS Notes. My representative won't let me ,lol.enviousone said:Have you ordered a new set of GCMS notes within the past 30 days? Based on where your app is at, the notes should almost certainly have your RFV due date.

I just have to rely on what those agents say, I guess than.

I'll go to my local MP then... Thanks .madlouni said:Are you serious? You hired your representative he works for you not the opposite so he/she should do what you ask them to do for you
Simply order the notes yourself why do you want the representative to do it? it is 5 clicks and you are done and you receive it by email in a month
Any way
The MP office will tell you what teh GCMS notes will tell you but in a faster way
So if GCMS says everything passed and RFV is dute xx date
your MP office will tell you that without waiting for a month
MP office can not make the process faster or make decision on your file (as what I was told)
Just a method for you to get answers - REAL answers - rather than "your application is in process we can't access your file" when you call the call centre or the relatively new answer being told to everyone "everything is passed and waiting for decision"
Good luck

Yeah,I called and MP's secretary asked me to come to office with photo id and she said she will submit request to cic then and she said that I will hear back from MP office within 10-12 business days.madlouni said:Call them no need to go
They have employees specifically hired to take care of people having application in process with CIC (at least this is what my MP office told me)
And by the way, they called me back from his office saying that my application is all passed and waiting for officer to issue visa and this should happen sometime in June... so Let's see I don't know if I should be happy :-\
I have a BOWP in process hope it gets approved so I can sleep without thinking i may go on implied status
Good luck all
