Looks like they are bit more responsive with GCMS requests. I had a GCMS req on Apr/13 and I got the notes on Apr/26 and RPRF on Apr/27

Send them an email with reference number if one month passed they will make it priority and send you the notes in 2-3 days, I waited for around 40 days

no difference, it's just a confirmation that they linked your payment with your application.
