Looks like RPRF req is 1 year from now and PPR is 2 yrs from now. Just ridiculous ? They increased the intake of refugees. Hope they have NOT pulled resources into refugee program again. If there is a reality show "who are the biggest losers" - probably Oct-2014 CEC folks may win

Yeah, Believe it or not ...
The processing of October applications is damn slow as compared to August/September applications.
They really worked with full speed there.... and now hardly very few people get updates and that too only once in a week.
Even CIC is being so inconsistent now... It's so hard to understand if they are following app received date or AOR Date or what ...

Yeah, I asked here how to order the notes just to see if I've done something wrong, but no. Then I emailed them asking about the status of my request, they answered acknowledging that it was overdue and said they will give priority to my request.. but nothing until now. I'm so anxious. ???

We have the same time line Oct 3 applicant and March 11 for MR. I think we will be the next batch. probably will get PPR just before mid-night today, that was when I had my MR....They sometime gave updates around 11:00pm

Curious, how many & how long Sept/Oct applicants still waiting for RPRF (post med) ? How many & how long for PPR after RPRF ?
I am Oct/9 applicant & I did my meds on Mar/22. Uploaded on Mar/28. So far no RPRF.

Your GCMS notes looked good, friend.
They may have already posted your COPR (yesterday).
Sometimes ECAS is updated few days after decision has been made.
You can try to call CIC, if agent could tell you when did they post your COPR.

The ways things have been working out, I wouldn't be shocked if my COPR shows up in the mail and ecas still shows in process. I really wish they would update it on a regular basis.

After landing for 3 days, my ECAS status has been changed to "COMPLETE".
Also, the fifth line was added as below:

"You entered Canada at the XXX office on April 13, 2016 and became a Permanent Resident."

It took me only 4 days to get my passport back (including the weekend).
I received the passport request on April 6, received COPR on April 12th, landed on April 13th
Totally 7 days from PPR to landing.

Coutts, it was said Carway is small and also people there are not that nice. So I went to Coutts.
