Actually my ecas didnt update yet but I get the PPR email already. It means the ecas will delay to show the updates I think.

I got the Ready for Visa email on April 04th and still 5 min ago my ECAS showed In Process :-X

They are related in a way that you will not get your BOWP approved if your PR eligibility is not passed (unless you had PGWP before).
So great news to you!

When did you apply for BOWP?? Online or paper ??

Just wanted to share this:
Yesterday, CIC updated the processing times for Work Permit Extensions.
So, according to that they are are working on January 7, 2016 files now , but mine was approved on April 8 and I applied on Feb 24,
and yesterday(April 14) my friend's WP got approved he applied on March 6.

I feel that it gives an indication that our PR file is good (otherwise they won't be extending our work permits while they are still working on JAN files) , and somehow also indicates that they don't want to loose/refund the money we paid for wp extensions. I'm just guessing that they are intending to clear October applications soon (by May or June).

I could be wrong but just wanted to share this news...

I don't get any f*** update since March 11 and even the CGMS notes I ordered on March 8th didn't come. Don't feel lonely

That's odd, ordered mine on March 29 and they came on Monday. Guess I was lucky, by far the quickest any of my notes has ever come.

Yeah, I asked here how to order the notes just to see if I've done something wrong, but no. Then I emailed them asking about the status of my request, they answered acknowledging that it was overdue and said they will give priority to my request.. but nothing until now. I'm so anxious. ???

Looks like RPRF req is 1 year from now and PPR is 2 yrs from now. Just ridiculous ? They increased the intake of refugees. Hope they have NOT pulled resources into refugee program again. If there is a reality show "who are the biggest losers" - probably Oct-2014 CEC folks may win
