Did you receive MR from CIC?

No... I did upfront medicals and sent the UMI details in email. Then got mail from cic that it's updated in their records.

Then saw in ECAS the third line ;D

Once you get MR request, You can do medical from anywhere.
just make sure Dr is having e-Medical so that he can upload your results directly to CIC, it's fast.
For short visit you don't need to inform CIC.
As per current trend, Sep guys started getting medical hopefully you would be getting around mid of March.

Thanks Kota for your reply. I completed my Upfront Medicals on 24th Feb and doctor will upload in approx 2 weeks online.
Doctor gave me a paper with UMI # on it. Do you know which CIC email address this should be mailed to after around 2 weeks?

Thankful to this forum for helping solve queries during this long stressful time of waiting for PR !!

Hi,

Scan and e-mail documents (other than police certificates) to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Don't forget to give your application details.

Hi Buddy,

This is the only email id, I am communicating with CIC.

You won't get immediate reply but if your query is genuine (except asking status of your application) they would reply in a week or two.

I got response in around 10 days.

Guys, I have an additional line on Ecas... But I don't get it:
1- We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2014.
2- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 17, 2015.
3- We started processing your application on February 17, 2015.
4- We sent you correspondence on June 29, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
5- We sent you correspondence on June 30, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
6- We sent you medical instructions on July 1, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
7- Medical results have been received.

I only received two emails from them: one on June 29th regarding my PCC, NoA and T4 (in one and only email), the other on June 30th regarding my medical exam... Nothing on July 1st... When I look at my GCSM notes I can't see anything that would have been sent at that date either...

Any idea...? What should I do?

@Marmaht

It's saying medical instruction sent on 1 July... And your medical is received so nothing to worry about.

If still a concern u can call and check with call Center. If the communication was abt medical and CIC call Center agent confirms medical is passed.
You are good.
All the best

I think you don't have to worry, its all good.

I know the medical is passed (I ordered a physical copy of my file as well as GCSM: both said passed). What's weird is that the dates aren't really correct, and this new line doesn't make any sense... I just hope I didn't miss anything! I already sent all the papers a while ago, paid RPRF upfront in November.
