I believe(and this is what I did) you only need true copy which is notarized for

1. your birth certificate
2. Passport copy
3. Work Permit

For all the others you can just put a photocopy, in some cases you can even omit 2 & 3.

Your PCC has to be original, you cannot send a true copy or a certified(notarized) photocopy of that letter

ok but the guide says that to all documents translated to English the TRUE COPY has to be attached.

Don't confuse people. No need to send notarized copies for 1, 2, or 3, unless the copies are English translations of the original.

hi there, im new to this forum and excited to see all u guys sharing their experiences. I have applied on 2 oct and reached cic on 6 oct.

after sendind in my package I realised that , in my experience letter , my employer did not mention job duties and benefits. But the rest all info is in there including official seal of my company. will it be a problem ? or will they return my application? im confused . pls update anyone?

I am filling out form IMM008 8(E) NOC 2211. IN THAT WHICH DUTIES I HAVE TO MENTION? Should i put all thye duties that mentioned in the job offer letter?
And what are my chances to be in the CAP?I am waiting for my CELPIP official report only.

The reference letter should have jobs and responsibilities listed. That is a very important part of CEC...Did you attach any other letter which has your jobs and responsibilities?
I mean is there any letter on Company's letterhead which lists your jobs and responsibilities?
