It is the standard format, even i have got the same..if medical and security is okay, they will issue the PPT request, if not..they will credit back the RPRF.

I emailed my MP, and about an hour later, received a call from an assistant.

I'm curious as to if the officer who issues RPRF requests also does the final approval process. I know the CA/junior does the initial eligibility review and puts recommended pass, but I believe an officer actually has to do put it to "pass" at which time the RRPF email is sent.

Just got my notes requested on April 13. On April 9, an officer reviewed my file, switching eligibility from "recommend pass" to pass and set criminality to pass. Also, noted at that time my RRPF was on file and no letter needed. My file's current location is at "RFV check" (assuming ready for visa aka final approval), with the same officer and a due date of May 8. Pretty sure the notes answered the question I just posted before.
