what is this "Total applications received towards the overall cap: 4,537 / 8,000". I think still we have cap .

I think the page is having specific guidelines to hire foreign worker from Jan 2015 , so in that case they have put an disclaimer that each applicant need to go from EE and that is why caps are filled ( Caps are filled , I believe here is no more can apply in current CEC system).

Rest before 31st December people can still apply , That is my understanding .

No we will go with Gurindar he is right as my friend call CIC and they said till dec 31 st we can apply
