Yah, MP office has reached out to IRCC and asked me to wait for one more month. So, the wait continues with the same status.

Full timeline (pretty unusual I believe)

AOR Nov 3rd
BIO and ADR : December 29th
Background : Completed on tracker January 30th
Eligibility started (review requiered) : May 17th
Eligibility completed and final decision : May 28th
CBSA notes received June 25th : Application approved, emailed portal myself and created a pr account myself
Got an email saying I got a new application in progress on my portal June 27th - Address and photo uploaded
ECOPR generated and downloaded : June 29th
Awaiting PR CARD

Long wait finally came to an end.
Not sure how my COPR came so fast after not even getting a portal email for 1 month.
