November 23, 2022 You passed the medical exam.

This is how it is shown now. Probably might change tomorrow as you would've seen others mentioning.

BIL: 2022-11-22

I'm an inland candidate but did have to do medicals. No message in my account as to whether those passed. Does BIL automatically mean your medicals passed, or are those two things not connected?

EDIT: Medicals passed today too. I checked my account again a few hours later and had the MEP message.

Biometrics given: 2022-11-25

(These updates are probably a little too granular lol but I'm committed to giving them at this point.)

The same happened with my application as well. I guess this is just one of those many IRCC glitches
