CEC, No AOR after 1 year!

Guys,

My estatus is (CEC application)

"We received your application for permanent residence on November 9, 2011.
We started processing your application on March 14, 2012.
Medical results have been received."

After that no news, is this normal?!
I just noticed that I have not got AOR?! Isnt it strange? Is there anything I can do?! Thanks

my bad, i did confused aor (Acknowledgement of Receipt) with the other one which shows the positive proof of eligibility

Did you contact the Ottawa office?
