Did you provide them with another letter of employment that states the job duties?

I did not submit another letter as they didn't ask me for one yet. Do you think I should?

I think this is an issue with just this VO. My HR used the same letter and contents for 3 of us. Two of them applied and got PR before me. It's only mine that is delayed.

If they didn’t ask for it its fine then. The note is for their processing

it depends on the agent and the officer. sometimes there is a deadline on the file which agents are able to tell. i suggest calling cic and ask

yes I have seen only lucky people get hold of friendly agents.. most of them are extremely rude
