If my guess is right, we will receive landing interview. What is current location??

I am in Toronto. What exactly happens in landing interview? And can we leave country after that? I have a trip planned.
My friend didn't get a landing interview (he had a case just like mine, CEC-inland), he filed in April and got his PPR in August (just the Golden email).

Some getting ppr and others landing. We will get Pr card after landing. I guess, you cannot travel in between.

yeah that's what I thought! It such a stress! We already have tickets booked and leaves approved. And this process is getting confusing each day.

Also, I and my dependent filed together, we'll both of us be receiving landing interview/ PPR together?

My AOR was May 17.

May 25th they requested additional docs, like birth certificate for our daughter and her medical exam.

May 30th I submitted everything

Jun 2018 - "We received you document">>>"Review">>>N/A for ADR

Beginning of Jul 2018 - IP2>>>"you passed medical exam">>>"you don't need medical exam">>>N/A for medical exam

Jul - 01 Nov 2018 - completely nothing. Was IP2 with NA for medicals and NA for additional document

01 Nov 2018 - "We reviewing your medical exam" (P.S. I don't know which exam: my daughter's? which I submitted in May, or my wife's which was expired in end of Jul). This step is mysterious for me. Maybe they just put our case on hold after noticed I didn't submit exam for our daughter who was 2 years old that time and came back to it only in Nov. I have no idea.

02 Nov 2018 - "You passed medical exam"

03 Nov 2018 - ghost update.

05 Nov 2018 6PM EST - email with passports request. Account still showing the same "reviewing eligibility" and IP2 "background check ongoing". No messages, nothing.

We were at IP2 stage starting from early Jul 2018.

YEs I can understand.. i am restless too. I never get any ghost update.. so I am worried.. if anyone got PPR without ghost update. have you seen such caseS?

Yeah! A lot of them! Ghost updates are common but not everyone gets them. Some get just the useful ones.

Hey! It wasn’t mine! There was some else in our group who posted that, and unfortunately they weren’t together to celebrate it. Thanks to never ending delays of PPRs.
Mine is in January and my husband is here with me.

I saw some Sept 24 CEC inland, got PPR on 6th Nov. I’m happy for him but CIC should do justice to us as well.

Mine is in January and my husband is here with me.

OH am sorry.. yes there was someone who celebrated apart.

it also breaks my heart to see that many people who applied after us are getting PPRs. and we are stuck! seriously drives me nuts

I called CIC again today. This agent was even better than the last one. Last one asked me to update my address and I did. So I called to make sure there isn't any delay because of that. She told me that my address is updated but since my dependent also lives on same address, he also has to get it updated. The other agent didn't tell me this. Anyway, I have updated my husband's address as well. This agent told me the delay in my application is because my medical was submitted on time but my husband's came to them a month late (this is the mistake at the end of the doc who did my medical). She told me my office is Nova Scotia and my file was approved on 24th October (the day I got my one and only ghost update).She said, now my file would go to Ottawa office (but again she doesn't know, when) and from there they'll make the decision as to send me a PPR or landing interview. I told her that it's my sixth month of processing, and still I am not sure as to when will I get my PPR. I planned a trip in December because I thought my processing would be completed in 6 months. She said processing time is till when your Medical expires. So for me it's May 2019 and for my spouse it's June 2019 (because his medical was sent late). Such a state of confusion here.

Whenever I call CIC, I am unable to speak to an agent because of higher calls. and even If I am able to speak to an agent, no luck! no update from them. they are rude and do not provided any info to me.
