If not in English language. If those are in English no need of attestation. forget about office seal or stamps basically stamps or seal are in regional languages. CIC will not bother about it.

Kool good thing is INDIA birth certificate is in local language as well as in English so I don't need to worry much about attestation now.

I confirm that that all copies I kept till now are colour copies Including the birth certificate and also original copy includes stamp and signature and in colour Xerox it would appear the same. I hope that would be Issue

DO I NEED TO INCLUDE MY OLD PASSPORT WHICH WAS EXPIRED IN THE YEAR 2010 AND I CAME TO THIS COUNTRY ON NEW PASSPORT BUT ON THE NEW PASSPORT THERE WAS A STAMP STATING THAT "SINCE OLD PASSPORT HAS BEEN EXPIRED AND THERE IS A VALID VISA OLD PASSPORT IS HANDED OVER TO THE PERSON".

My question to both of you. Copies are copying from originals and those are not be in a color print. sometimes color prints may confuse a lot to understand whether it is copy or original. To avoid all those I would suggest take normal print outs and send to CIC like everyone general does. I hope it helps.

I born in Rajahmandry (place), Andhra Pradesh (State) , INDIA

Passport shows : Rajahmandry (place), Andhra Pradesh (State) , INDIA
Birth certificate shows : HYDERABAD (place), Andhra Pradesh (State) , INDIA

Now last month state is bifurcated and now I belong to HYDERABAD(place),TELANGANA (State) , INDIA. It's lot of mess

they might question me while my application is in process or they may not.

I want to take a chance let see how it goes..
