Guys,

Did anyone have issues while uploading photo on the PR Portal?

I made sure pixels and everything's is proper, the portal still throws an error. Do you guys have any solution.

I had the same error. What I did was increase the brightness of the picture using the default photo editor on my PC and use resizepixeldotcom to change the pixel to 1745 by 1750. That did the trick for me.

I had the same issue, the local shop where I took the pictures from pledged on his 30+ years of experience of taking PR/Visa pictures that that's the system's fault. Went to Staples, told them what I need it for and the issue I was facing, they pulled out their size requirements/instructions and took several pictures - with and without flashes and mailed it to me. They even provide guarantee on their photos, if it doesn't work out you could go back and re-take the picture.
