Hi i am graduated from university in Canada last year .Currently working under NOC B 1241 As an administrative assistant . and i am going to complete my one year in December 2018 .I have a permanent full time Job offer with a reputable organization in BC . I have an open work permit .Can i claim points of job offer in this case ?
Please advise .

Sorry, this is not correct. If the OP is on a PGWP, then an LMIA is required to meet the definition of a valid job offer, because the employer is not named on a PGWP (it's open). Yes, the permit itself is LMIA exempt, but the "valid job offer" is not.
