Unsure as to why there are so many pages
They must have handled your file quite a lot...
May be your file was transferred multiple times...
It could be anything. They have to log every single time they open the file even if they only change a coma.
I have 4 entries in mine just because they changed our first names from upper case to lower case!
But wow 178 pages...

I don't know. First they want the Schedule 4.0, then Criminal Record and finally another IMxxxx form. And after that, quite for long time (3 months today!!)

Hi All,
I need your advise please!

I have applied e-APR/ JUNE 16 AOR- which might take more 4-5 months to finalize.
Currently, I am on open work permit which expires 31st July 16. My OPWP was based on my spouse's student permit which will expire the same date.

My wife has completed her study and graduated recently. So I was in impression that we both can renew workpermit (PGWD for her and open workpermit for me) without any trouble for maximum of 3 years. We had submitted application for PGWD and my Open WP on June 21.

Today's I got a request letter to submit "my wife's employment letter with 3 pay stubs" that she doesn't have!
She had never worked and searched work in Canada as she was studying and I was working only.
She is graduated now, is searching for job.

So, I have 2 options:

Option 1 :Submitting LOE that she is searching job- if I do so, they might reject my workpermit

Option 2 :I have valid job offer(LMIA) on the current job, applying my workpermit from LMIA.

As I have only one week left for my current work permit, please advise what to do?

Thank you so much!
-Jaybe

HI Guys,

I have one year experience on NOC 6622; skill type D, and 7 months experience on NOC 0621; skill type O. I am an inland CEC applicant. Is it possible for me to get eligible for express entry? as i have read we require one year of continuous experience in our primary NOC i.e. in my case NOC 0621... Thanks

Your skill type D experience does not count so you need one year experience in a NOC O, A or B job.

Hello Everyone,

I am CEC inlander (AOR May) below is my timeline

ITA - Apr 20th 2016
AOR - May 30th 2016
Medical Passed - June 14th 2016
Additional Document Request: June 15th 2016
Background Check: In progress June 16th 2016
Additional Document Request: July 5th 2016
Background Check: no need at this time July 6th 2016

Currently Review in Progress.

I have few questions:
1. I did some research in several forums and found that the average processing time for CEC Inland application is between 3-5 months max, is it true?
2. When is the best time to order GCMS notes?

Seniors and PR holders i would really appreciate if you can share your experience.

All the Best Everyone!!!!!

Cheers

Hey,
I'm CEC inland as well AOR March 15.
In the March AORs thread, none of the CEC inlanders got their PPR yet, meaning that a 3-month wait is dead for all of us. July is almost over so I can very securely say that all of us hit the 4-month mark without PPR. We are all heading to the 5 month mark. And we are all hoping not to cross the 6-month, which can totally happen...
From what I can see on this forum, it looks like we are around 5.5 months for CEC inland (seniors, please correct me if I'm wrong) depending on how straight forward and simple your case is. Any red flag can delay the process.
