Just wanted to get your opinion on which one would be processed faster -- CEC-Inland or FSW-Inland?

usually the process is same but i've heard it takes little longer for FSW category after the final decision is made (PPR time) thats it .

It depends, based on the eAPR November thread, FSW applications which processed by NDVO had a very fast processing time.

Based on your nationality, your application might be sent to the closest Visa Office (VO) to your country. I have two coworkers who applied for EE as inland FSW, but they are from Hong Kong, so both their apps were processed by HongKong Visa Office (HVO).
