Why are you stuck? Any specific reasons?

From the the application instructions:

Indicate the number of years of formal education you have which you have completed at each of the levels indicated.

How many years were you in elementary / primary school?
How many years were you in secondary / high school?
How many years were you in university / college?
How many years were you in Trade School or other Post-Secondary School?

How many years were you in education in total?

Hopefully having it written out like that will help you, otherwise I'm not sure what's confusing you.
