30th Mar 2023 - Background (Not Started -> In progress)

19th May 2023 - Called IRCC - They told my info sharing, criminality is passed. Only security is In progress. They told me my VO.
PVO - Ottawa

6th June 2023 - Called IRCC again. They said my security is still In progress. Even though my application crossed the processing time they said they are not worried (like why not?). When I asked for my VO they said its:
PVO - Sydney

Waiting for the rest.

Does file being shifted from CIO Ottawa to CIO Sydney mean anything? Is it a good or a bad sign? When will this wait end?

It took two months for medical, Bio, and eligibility to be completed. And I have been stuck in only Background check for over two months!! I am losing my hair from the stress. I might as well be bald for the PR photo lol.

I just heard back for a representative from my MP's office. According to him my file was put under further security review and the bring forward date is 29 October, 2023. Does anyone know what bring forward date means? Will they not look at my file until then? I don't get it, I have been living in Canada for years since I was 17, why am I put under further review?

Hi all.

Anyone here can help me out a bit?

I recently got married and informed IRCC of this change. IRCC after a decade responded by asking for documents (forms, relationship questionnaire, PCC, etc.) directly through the secure IRCC account (GCKEY). After I submitted the documents on June 30, 2023, IRCC added my spouse in my profile as a dependent - I can see her name and a UCI.

However, my medical which was "passed" has now disappeared. I know they are supposed to send a letter for my wife's medical soon (as they mentioned it earlier in the document request letter). I am wondering what are the next steps? How long does it take from here to the confirmation of PR?

Also, I forgot to add call logs as evidence of relationship. Should I send our call logs through a webform? Will it be added or ignored?

Portal 1: June 29 (This info came on the same day I called IRCC for first time to ask for any update, coincidence?)

Portal 1 email came from Montreal.

Another one stuck in the Security Stage. CEC EE Inland Single Applicant currently on an LMIA visa and been in Canada 3 years. Oh I am also from the UK in case any one is wondering.

AOR - Jan 8th
Eligibility Complete - Feb
BG in progress - 19th Apr then nothing since,
Contacted IRCC who said "everything is tracking well" but no updates for 3 months.

Basically given up hope at this point haha
