CEC elegibility

Guys,

just need assistance and clarifications.
i am planning to apply in CEC. But i have confusing informations wether i am eligible to apply. i have just recieved my Ielts results. I got average band 6. But in one language skill i just got band 5 but the rest 6.5 and 8.
My question is. Am i legible for CEC?

what is your NOC code? if it

if your NOC is O or A your score is not enough you must have 6 in each band.

Yes if your NOC is under 0 or A then diffidently your score is not eligible. Or if you NOC in under B then score is well enough to qualify.
