CEC EE PR application - query regarding offer letter and letter of employment

Hello all,
I have recently received the invitation to apply for PR under CEC class. I graduated in December 2019 and I have been working full time from January 2020 as a software developer. I have an open work permit PGWP for three years. I have been asked to provide a "job offer letter", "letter of employment" and "Employment records" as supporting documents to support my Canadian work experience. I have been working with the same employer since I graduated. Can I provide the offer letter I received in 2020 Jan from the company as the job offer letter( the offer letter I have does not mention NOC level)? I am confused between what to provide a job offer letter and what to provide a letter of employment. Kindly help.

Edit- My employment is permanent and continuous and I have been working with the same employer.
